- Michael Ahmadi ist PostDoc am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik und Neue Medien der Universität Siegen. Er erforscht vorrangig die Rolle von Diversität in IT-Organisationen bzw. hinsichtlich von Design-Prozessen. Ein weiterer Forschungspunkt liegt im Bereich New Work bzw. Flexible Work.
